So, I hope that by now many of you have discovered the wonderful world that is Pinterest. It’s an online bulletin board where you can file away anything your heart desires, from articles you’ve read, to clothes you want to wear, recipes to try, etc. sky is the limit. I did a recipe review for a meal I found on Pinterest a little while back, you can find it here. In this post I also talked about the importance of using your time on Pinterest wisely, not just spending hours on end scrolling through red carpet gowns you more than likely won’t get the chance to wear anytime soon ( we can dream though!)

I receive so many emails from different sources with great articles on health and wellness, recipes, book reviews, etc. that Pinterest allows me to file all these things away so I can find them and re-read them whenever I want without having to clutter my inbox, it’s amazing!

So, every week I will be posting a link to the 5 best things I found on Pinterest that week. So, without further ado, here we go;

1. The first great pin I found was, “11 ways to save money on real food,”  This was a great article with some money-saving tips for eating whole foods on a budget. My favorite bit of info from this article? Azure Standard, a website that is part Amazon, part organic whole foods, or really just an online website where you can get discounted whole foods. Score!

2. A neat craft project to work on before Christmas so my mantle can look this cute! 8b1c2de9081b4808121bd9011f27620b

3. A super-yummy and quick dinner, Chicken Sausage with Potatoes and Sauerkraut. I made it this week with some delicious, all-natural chicken and apple sausages from Costco, some homemade sauerkraut (for extra probiotics) and sweet potatoes, although regular potatoes would be just as wonderful :)

4. DIY Bronzing lotion bars, wow, who wouldn’t want to get a little color and moisturize at the same time? You just have to add coffee to coconut oil and turn it into a lotion bar! Now you can  have a tint of color all-year round without using any toxic self-tanning lotions, so cool!

f423be250dc5936951d7d3567aa3b5305. Homemade cookie dough butter- um, yes please! What a great idea for when your’e craving that spoonful of raw cookie dough. Now you can make the cookie dough, refrigerate, and go in for a guilt-free tablespoon ( or two ;) ) when you need a little sweetie, how perfect!

Well, I hope you like this weeks collection of Pinterest finds, if you’re looking for more come and follow me!

Till next time!  Leave a comment below and tell me your favorite thing about Pinterest, or post your favorite recipe!
